Required Experience / Abilities / Skills :

With a proven track record of over five years as a legal specialist or manager in an international law firm or as in-house legal counsel within a global company, this individual is fluent in both Japanese and English. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are agile and flexible, thriving in fast-paced environments and working seamlessly across time zones with colleagues from Asia, Europe, and North America. Known for their hands-on, proactive, and energetic approach, they have a "can do" attitude and excel as a collaborator and team player, with a genuine interest in building networks across the global company. Their expertise in Japanese commercial legislation and practice is complemented by a law degree (LLM or equivalent) from Japan.
