Upper Limits of Notified Fees

JAC charges contingent fee to employer and no fee to job seeker.
In accordance with the Employment Security Act, JAC discloses the upper
limits of the contingency fee and the retainer fee which have been notified to
the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare as shown below. For the avoidance
of doubt, the fees you should pay to JAC are agreed in the applications or
contracts made and entered by and between you and JAC.

Consulting fee shall amount to 200% of the annual salary (the amount

under the condition that JAC achieves successful placement.

Employer shall pay the consulting fee.

special search for employer to recruit specific employee
Retainer fee shall be JPY20, 000,000.-.
Daily allowance shall be JPY0.-.

< Refund Policy >
Our original refund policy is as follows; we refund to employer 50% of consulting fee in case our applicant
voluntarily terminates employment within 3 months of commencing date.
