Upper Limits of Notified Fees

JAC charges contingent fee to employer and no fee to job seeker.
In accordance with the Employment Security Act, JAC discloses the upper
limits of the contingency fee and the retainer fee which have been notified to
the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare as shown below. For the avoidance
of doubt, the fees you should pay to JAC are agreed in the applications or
contracts made and entered by and between you and JAC.

TYPES AND CONTENTS OF SERVICE	MAXIMUM AMOUNT AND PAYMENT OF FEE
commission for receiving job posting	JPY 0.-
consulting for employer and employee after receiving their application	-contingency- Consulting fee shall amount to 200% of the annual salary (the amount stipulated in offer letter or notice of employment etc.) of emp loyee under the condition that JAC achieves successful placement. Employer shall pay the consulting fee.
consulting for advising employer to recruit employee	-contingency- Consulting fee shall amount to 200% of the annual salary (the amount stipulated in offer letter or notice of employment etc.) of emp loyee under the condition that JAC achieves successful placement. Employer shall pay the consulting fee.
special search for employer to recruit specific employee	Retainer fee shall be JPY20, 000,000.-. Daily allowance shall be JPY0.-. -contingency- Consulting fee shall amount to 200% of the annual salary (the amount stipulated in offer letter or notice of employment etc.) of emp loyee under the condition that JAC achieves successful placement. Employer shall pay the consulting fee.
consulting for advising employee to find job	-contingency- Consulting fee shall amount to 0% of the annual salary (the amount stipulated in offer letter or notice of employment etc.) of employee under the condition that JAC achieves successful placement. Employer shall pay the consulting fee.

The consulting fee above does not include consumption tax.

< Refund Policy >
Our original refund policy is as follows; we refund to employer 50% of consulting fee in case our applicant
voluntarily terminates employment within 3 months of commencing date.
