Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Performance Management: Support the development and implementation of performance management systems to ensure continuous employee growth.
Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development through various engagement initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze training and recruitment data to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Strategic HR Support: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and improve workplace dynamics.
Talent Management: Oversee talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, succession planning, and career development.
Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing expertise in change management and communication strategies.
HR Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to across the organization.
- Handling entry procedures upon commencement of employment.
- Create employment terms and conditions for successful candidates

- Arrange new employee training and other procedures related to
joining the company.
- Handling procedures for employees taking leave.
- Conduct interviews with employees on leave and carry out internal
procedures.

- Participate in the health committee meeting (once a month).
- Enhancing talent and developing career path
- Plan and propose BCs’ talent development and career path in
cooperation with Area Managers and Retail Operation Managers,
utilizing newly adopted systems such as beauty talent and jinjer.
- Conduct training.
- Carry out tutor training as part of the RHR team (every month), labor
management & harassment training for new managers, orientation
training for new graduates, as well as organizing various seminars.
