CS CRM Specialist

Job Requirements
Purpose: To contribute to the continuous sales/revenue growth of customer service in the business line (imaging diagnostic equipment) in charge.
1. Communicate the value of maintenance to customers and achieve a high maintenance contract rate to secure a revenue base.
2. Develop new maintenance and products and lead the growth of the business.
Role Description:
- Develop maintenance plans and products in line with Global's strategy, and develop tactics (including support tools, etc.) to communicate and spread the value of these plans to customers and partners.
- Understand product requirements and specifications from a marketing perspective and contribute to maintenance pricing, product messaging and market positioning, market analysis and competitive transparency.
- When formulating numerical targets and budgets, we estimate the trend in the number of IBs (in operation) and formulate strategies to achieve this. We base our strategies on sales/business line support for in-house renewal of maintenance contracts, support for timely announcements when services end, realization of a high maintenance rate for IBs, and value-added sales.
- Communicate with Global business line personnel to communicate the Japanese market and request appropriate support.
- Localize global materials.
- Agree with the quality/legal team to ensure that we achieve continuous growth while at the same time maintaining integrity and compliance.
- Work cross-functionally with key departments in Japan to ensure the continued growth of the business line.
- Strive to collaborate with global companies that are now part of Siemens Healthineers.
Authority/Responsibility:
- Achieving a high maintenance fastening rate for IBs (in-service equipment)
- Building pricing strategies for maintenance of business lines.
- Work with customer service departments to develop, integrate and implement tools and systems to manage project progress.
Job requisition:
[Required]
- Understanding service business such as maintenance contracts and after-sales service (regardless of industry).
- 3+ years of marketing/CRM experience.
- MS Excel/PPT/Word Intermediate level with practical experience.
- Language: Japanese [Business level (advanced, N1)] & English [Business level (intermediate-advanced, TOEIC 800 or above)].
Be able to smoothly conduct presentations and discussions in English.
A level where you can explain and understand the content required for work to the listener.
- High communication skills (ability to proactively hold discussions across departments).
- Strategic/tactical development ability.
- Experience managing projects.
- Presentation skills (ability to effectively communicate strategies and tactics).
[Preferred]:
- Medical industry trends, medical equipment product knowledge.
- Basic financial knowledge (cash flow, profit margins, sales forecasts, etc.).
- Sales experience in the service business (maintenance contracts, after-sales service, etc.) (3 years or more).
- Field engineer experience (3 years or more).
