Responsibilities :

主な職責

・ 医療の国際展開促進に繋がる事業の戦略立案 (Strategic planning for projects that will promote the international expansion of medical care)


・管理・遂行（主な対象国：ベトナム、インド、タイ、インドネシア、台湾、アフリカ） (Strategic planning, management, and execution of projects (main target countries: Vietnam, India, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Africa))

・ 医療インバウンド促進に繋がる事業の戦略立案・管理・遂行 (Strategic planning, management, and execution of projects to promote inbound medical services)

・ 政府事業の受託や政府への事業提案 (Contracts for government projects and business proposals to governmental stakeholders)

・ 相手国の医療課題の探索とステークホルダー（政府、関係機関、医療機関等）との関係構築 (Explore medical issues in the host country and build relationships with stakeholders (government, related organizations, medical institutions, etc.)

・ 日本企業の海外事業展開支援のためのビジネスマッチングや伴奏支援 (Business matching and accompaniment support for overseas business development)

・ 組織運営と人財の獲得及び育成 (Leadership and development of internal members)

・ ヘルスケア業界での従事経験（10年以上）
・ 医療の国際展開に向けた戦略立案
・ 新規事業立ち上げ、事業戦略立案、市場分析、商品企画
・ マーケティング・医療系ビジネスコンサルティング等の経験
・ 海外ステークホルダーを巻き込んだビジネス推進能力
・ 産官学医のステークホルダーマネジメント能力
・ English Communication Ability: High Business to Fluent.
・ 海外でのビジネス経験

望ましい経験・スキル
・ 海外での新規事業立ち上げ経験
