Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance & ad-hoc support to the Commercial teams, and the organization, as a Brand Analytics subject matter expert
- Develop Brand Analytics support strategies for new / expanded therapy areas, including HCP / patient segmentation, HCP targeting, sales force sizing, launch KPI tracking, etc.
- Act as strategic partner to Brand team leadership in key activities, such as brand planning, performance reviews, new indication launches, and assessment of new initiatives
- Apply data science techniques leveraging expertise and solutions to generate predictive insights
- Design data modeling processes to create algorithms and predictive models and perform custom analysis enabling micro segmentation
- Conduct ad-hoc meetings with brand leads to review national and sub-national analyses to proactively identify areas of opportunities and threats, leveraging marketing tactic utilization, sales execution, and customer adoption metrics
? Liaison with external vendors in the production of sub-national Sales Force Effectiveness reports
- Create dashboards to synthesize information and enable business decisions
- Coordinate with data management to ensure insights are based on reliable, high-quality information

Budget Range: 12~16mil Annual Total.

Skills and Competencies
5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical / biotech forecasting.
Excellent analytical and forecasting skills, with demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain short and long-term forecast models
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry data sources available for the market (e.g., IQVIA data, syndicated reports, specialty pharmacy data, etc.) and payer / health insurance environment
Comfort and good intuition around advanced analytics, with a proficient understanding of modeling techniques and advanced applied skills.
Proficiency in analytical platforms, CRM data systems (e.g. Veeva, Salesforce), data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Qlik Sense, Tableau)
Fluency in English and Japanese.
