TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility

1.1. Participation in the referral program (“Program”) conducted by JAC International (“Company”) is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are legal residents of the specified jurisdiction.

Referral Requirements

2.1. Referred persons must register with JAC International before the referrer can be eligible for participation in the referral program. Third-party referrers will not be eligible for this program.

2.2. The referrer will only provide basic information of the referred person, and the referrer does not support JAC International in establishing an employment agreement with the referred person in any manner, shape, or form.

2.3. The referred person must commence their permanent assignment at a client of JAC International within six months of being registered; otherwise, the referrer will not be eligible for participation in the referral program.

2.4. The referred party must complete three months of their assignment through JAC International before the referrer is eligible to receive the dining voucher. In the case that the rebate period JAC International has in place with its client is longer than 3 months then the voucher will only be provided at the end of this rebate period. In the case that the referred party terminates their employment before the said period, the referrer will no longer receive the reward.

2.5. No reward is payable if a referred person is placed through other companies in the JAC Group such as JAC Recruitment in or outside Japan.

2.6. If the referred person is already registered with JAC International at the date of referral, the referrer will not be eligible for participation in the referral program.

2.7. Multiple referrals are accepted from the referrer.

Disqualification and Decisions

3.1. JAC International reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or referral if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of these T&Cs.

3.2. JAC International’s decisions regarding the Campaign, eligibility, and prize awards are final and binding.

Prize

4.1. The dining voucher will be delivered to the referrer only and will not be transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

4.2. JAC International has the right to choose a hotel partner providing the voucher based on the winner’s location and the hotels’ availability.

4.3. The voucher may be delivered directly to the winner from the 5-star hotel voucher provider.

4.4. JAC International makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the special prize. To the extent permitted by law, JAC International is not liable for any loss and/or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with entry into the competition or acceptance of the special prize.

Program Termination

5.1. Please note that this program may be terminated or changed without any prior notice. In the event of termination or cancellation of the program, the referrer will no longer be eligible for participation in the referral program. For the avoidance of doubt, this shall not apply to situations where a voucher has already been processed and issued.
